Last week, the air in Hong Kong was electric with a sense of shared purpose as we hosted the inaugural Change Founders' Soirée. This landmark event, co-presented by ChangeAccomplishment and the Prosci Alumni community, wasn't just a gathering; it was the beginning of a new chapter for change management in our city. The soirée brought together a curated group of Hong Kong's most influential CHANGE leaders, practitioners, and visionaries for an inspiring evening dedicated to a singular mission: driving organizational transformation with measurable data and lasting impact.


The significance of this moment was amplified by the presence of our distinguished guests from Prosci's global leadership team: Mark Dorsett, Prosci Chief Global Officer, and Ron Boyle, Prosci Partner Success Manager. Their participation was more than just an honor; it was a powerful affirmation of Hong Kong's strategic role in the global landscape of CHANGE capability. Their insights underscored a global trend: successful change is no longer a 'soft skill' but a critical business discipline, and Hong Kong is poised to be a center of excellence.

Spotlighting Excellence: Announcing the Winners of the 2025 Emerging Change Capability Recognition


A cornerstone of the evening was the presentation of the Emerging Change Capability Recognition 2025. This award was created to celebrate organizations that are moving beyond theory and actively embedding change management into their DNA. Representing Swire Coca-Cola HK, we were honored to receive a gracious video acceptance from Mr. Richard GOULD, General Manager, who spoke to the company's focus on agility in a rapidly evolving consumer market. On-site, Ms. Rainbow Yuen accepted the award and shared invaluable insights into their success, highlighting how empowering middle managers as CHANGE champions was the key to cascading their strategic vision throughout the organization.
