Our advisors provide strategic oversight and lend their invaluable experience to support the community's mission and long-term growth.

Dr. Sebastian CHAN
“Strategic vision provides the direction, but lasting CHANGE is born from effective implementation. This requires leveraging the robust frameworks of Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC to solve complex problems and, more importantly, to build a culture of continuous, sustainable improvement that enhances throughput from the ground up."

Mr. Marco CHENG
"CHANGE is the only constant in digital transformation. Dual-educated in business and technology, Marco is a seasoned digital transformation practitioner who is passionate about empowering organizations to transform unknowns into opportunities. He bridges digital innovation with change management practices, translating uncertainty into sustainable business value."
The Founding Executive Committee Board
Our committee members volunteer their time and expertise to organize events, manage resources, and ensure the MCC delivers continuous value. They are the operational heart of our community.

Ms. Grace CHENG
MCC Founding Chairlady
Operations Lead,
‘Great leaders don’t create followers—they create more leaders to champion CHANGE.’ This philosophy reflects Grace’s approach to leadership: empowering teams, nurturing talent, and inspiring innovation. With strong credentials in business administration and a passion for operational excellence, Grace exemplifies professionalism, adaptability, and dedication to achieving results."

Ms. Viola PAK
MCC Brand Champion/
Community Co-founder
Branding & Marketing Director, ChangeAccomplishment HK
Founder, Eggshell Group Consultancy
"CHANGE requires tuning, darling, and an instrument always squeaks before it finds its harmony. Those unsettling sounds aren't failure; they are the sound of transformation itself. Play through all the CHANGE dissonance. Masterpieces, are never born from silence."

Ms. Marie France THONGPHANH
MCC Founding Secretary
& Treasurer
Transformation Manager, Information Technology & Innovation, Johnson Stokes & Master
"CHANGE is a constant - Embrace it, navigate it and thrive.” CHANGE can mean stepping into the unknown, but Marie approaches it with positivity. She believes that with the right mindset, skills and tools, change can be managed and transformed into opportunities rather than anxiety."

Ms. Tina TANG
MCC, Events & Marketing Lead
Strategy Consultant & Change Manger
”Real change leadership begins where structure ends - in uncertainty. I see change management as a disciplined mindset that blends emotional intelligence with practical navigation. In a world where disruption is constant, those who master change don’t just adapt faster, instead they create stability for others. “
