Program Policies

 

Payment Policy
Participants are required to pay full tuition fees before the course. If the student is unable to complete the course due to personal reasons (including but not limited to absence, lateness, early departure, etc.), the fees paid will not be refunded.

 

Cancellation Policy
Participants have one opportunity to defer their participation in the training course. If students are unable to complete the course on time, they must email training@changeaccomplishment.com no less than three weeks prior to the scheduled start of the course. Requests for postponement received after this deadline will not be accommodated.

 

Liability Waiver
CAHK assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during training sessions. By registering for the Program, participants agree to attend and participate at their own risk.

 

Changes to Program Delivery
CAHK reserves the right to change the time, date, location or mode of delivery (i.e. online or offline) of training programs due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond CAHK's control. Participants will be notified of any such changes as soon as possible.

 

Compliance with Laws
All participants must comply with relevant laws and regulations when participating in the project, including but not limited to health and safety, data protection, intellectual property rights and other relevant laws and regulations.

 

Course Completion
Completion of the course and receipt of any certification or recognition associated with it shall be subject to completion of all assessments as determined by the CAHK.

 

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or participation in the training program shall be resolved through negotiation. If a solution cannot be reached, CAHK will resolve the dispute through arbitration or legal proceedings when necessary.

By registering for and paying for the training course, participants agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ChangeAccomplishment HK Ltd., (“CAHK,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information about you that we collect through from you or that you provide to us when you register for an account on the CAHK web site (the “Site”), and any other online services that we operate and that include a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
