Proposed Internship Roles by Stream

1. Digital Transformation & AI Solutions Intern

Target Streams: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Financial Technology

• Job Description: 

• Assist in the testing and optimization of the Kaiya AI CM Assistant and

• internal eLearning platforms.

• Support AI Implementation projects by bridging the gap between technical requirements and user adoption (ADKAR model application).

• For FinTech students: Analyze the "People-dependent ROI" and assist in quantifying the financial benefits of change initiatives (utilizing the statistic that excellent CM is "1.4x more likely to stay on budget").

2. Change Data Analyst & Research Intern

Target Streams: Mathematics and Information Engineering, Financial Technology, Computer Science

• Job Description:

• Analyse client survey data using the Prosci PCT Model and ADKAR Model to generate "Project Health" reports.

• Prepare report within the Research Hub, identifying trends in change resistance and adoption rates across different industries.

• Develop visualization dashboards to demonstrate the correlation between Change Management and project success rates (schedule/budget adherence).

  
  

3. Business Process & ERP Implementation Intern

Target Streams: Mechanical and Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering (if applicable)

• Job Description: 

• Map current vs. future state workflows for clients undergoing Digital Transformation.

• Apply systems engineering principles to the Prosci 3-Phase Process, ensuring that organizational changes are structurally sound and efficient.

• Assist in delivering training.
