[Event Recap] Solving Implementation Challenges: The Multiplier Effect of Six Sigma Process Expertise and Prosci Change Management

Thank you to all the professionals for your enthusiastic participation! The seminar "Solving Implementation Challenges: The Multiplier Effect of Process Expertise X Change Management," hosted by us and fully supported by the Six Sigma Community and Master Change Circle (MCC), has successfully concluded.

This event innovatively adopted a hybrid format of "in-person + live stream on three platforms (official website/YouTube/WeChat)," successfully bringing together change practitioners from various fields. The speakers presented a profound contrast during the session: the perfect machines and processes (Technical Side) vs. the chaotic crowds and adoption (People Side).
Comparison and Integration of DMAIC and ADKAR:
Six Sigma (DMAIC): Focuses on the technical and process side. From Defining goals, Measuring data, Analyzing root causes, Improving with solutions, to Controlling and sustaining the improvements, it answers the questions, "What should the process be?" and "How can we reduce variation and defects?"
Prosci (ADKAR): Focuses on the people and adoption side. Through Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement, it answers the question, "How do we get people to execute changes effectively and consistently, so the improvements are sustained?"
The 7X Success Multiplier Effect:Prosci's 25 years of research consistently show that organizations with effective change management are 7 times (7X) more likely to achieve their project objectives than those without. Furthermore, it significantly reduces the extra costs and schedule delays caused by employee resistance.
