[Event] Cheers to Success: A Toast to the First-Ever CEN Happy Hour!

Updated: Sep 27

ChangeAccomplishment recently hosted the first-ever Change Enhancement Network (CEN) happy hour at Preface Coffee & Wine last Friday. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who attended this exclusive alumni event, which featured games, drinks, and valuable networking opportunities.

Our primary objective with the CEN initiative is to foster connections and reconnections among our alumni, going beyond the boundaries of the three-day course. We believe in building lasting friendships and professional relationships within our community.

Let's delve into a breakdown of the event:

The evening commenced with a relaxed and informal networking session, allowing our alumni to catch up and reconnect with old friends and classmates while enjoying refreshing drinks.

With over 20 accomplished guests, attendees were able to speak with like-minded individuals from diverse fields, fostering meaningful connections and potential collaborations. We were able to take away a more practical understanding of effective change management strategies in different workplaces, learning from industry experts who have successfully applied these techniques in their organizations.

Our principal advisor, Catherine, kicked off the event with an inspiring speech, raising a toast to all our alumni and change leaders present at the gathering.

We were fortunate to have three exceptional guest panel speakers who shared their insightful change management journeys and highlighted the impact of Prosci on their careers. Our esteemed speakers included:

- Mariella Gatt, a senior advisor at ChangeAccomplishment

- Banly Chuang, VF Corporation director and Business PMO leader

- Doris Wong, Transformation & Change leader at IBM consulting

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our speakers for sharing their invaluable advice and providing unique insights into the field of change management.

Finally, we wrapped our happy hour with more free networking, where our alumni got the chance to meet new friends and fellow change leaders for the rest of the night!
