[News] Change Done Right: ChangeAccomplishment Addresses Rotary Club of Lan Kwai Fong on the Human Side of Transformation

We are delighted to share that on October 28, 2026, ChangeAccomplishment’s Director of Change Management Services and Prosci Advanced Instructor, Catherine Tam Thillainathan, was invited as the Guest Speaker at the regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Lan Kwai Fong, held at the prestigious Lingnan Club in Central.

Speaking to an audience of seasoned corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, Catherine delivered a highly engaging 20-minute presentation titled "Change Done Right — 3 Myths in Driving Change Success."

Rather than focusing on technology alone, Catherine highlighted the "AI Paradox"—where organizations overspend on tools but suffer from low employee adoption—and demonstrated how the Prosci Change Triangle (PCT) Model can align Leadership, Project Management, and Change Management to secure project ROI.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A where participants shared real-world change challenges from their own organizations, turning the evening into a collaborative mastermind.
